What the AI breakdown contains five sheets
Strict split of duties: the code computes every figure — deterministic and covered by tests — and the model explains and advises. One invented number would kill trust in the whole report, so the model never adds up money.

Set a task
Lands on that person's Home screen and stays there at every sign-in until it is cleared. Start the text with a number and it becomes the coin reward.
A message just sits on their Home screen with no "I've done it" button — a manager clears it themselves ("you're not selling add-ons — that's €480 a month you're leaving behind").
Approvals & scope you see: all tasks in the network
Coins are credited only after a human confirms — a seller can never award themselves. Accepting and clearing both take two steps, so a mis-tap cannot wipe someone's task. A regional manager sees every task; a store lead sees only the ones they set themselves.

Draw settings
Three prizes a day, drawn among everyone who simply opened the app. The winner collects at their own store — nobody has to phone anybody.
If fewer than the threshold sign in that day the draw does not happen — and the seller sees exactly how many are missing, because they are the ones who can go and nudge their colleagues. Raise the bar gradually as the habit sets in.

Observers read-only access for management
Head-office people who need to see the app exactly as sellers do — full screens and sample figures — but take part in nothing: no draw, no polls, no feedback, no prize orders. They are kept separate from your staff list, so a sync never touches them.
An observer can also open any individual seller's cabinet from their own profile (the search icon next to the name) and see the app through that person's eyes. It is not counted as a sign-in for the seller: no visit is recorded, they do not enter that day's draw, they do not disappear from the "never signed in" list, and nothing in their cabinet can be changed — not the privacy switch, not the quiz, not an order. The session lasts two hours and then returns the observer to their own account.

Admins who can open this console
Two levels. Full — everything: award coins, passwords, news, observers, accepting ideas, creating polls, granting access. View only — logs, exports, orders, polls, ideas, team pulse, draws, employees; the buttons that change anything are simply not there. Task scope is a separate switch, because the person who coordinates the floor often needs to see every task while changing nothing else.
